Bend Glass

Marvel Glass manufactures bend glass using its proprietary technology in gas fired furnaces . The bending curvature can be radial, non-radial as well as multi axial curvatures. Curved glasses are often used in revolving doors, elevators, vehicles windshields, architectural elements etc.

Our Process:

Our bend glass is manufactured using high precision gas furnaces. The curvature of each required glass is created in the furnace. The glass is then placed inside the furnace and the required curvature is attained over temperature controlled slow heating mechanism ensuring resistance to tensile and compressive stresses. Our production conforms to BS and ASI standards for curved glass.
